Umm. Just because I like designing character outfits. And yeah. It was made mainly for people with Poke`mon OCs (ie, contests and cosplay and such. I was going to have it as like... poke`mon cosplay buuuut...) I wanted to make it more diverse so I kept it a bit open ended.
